Jacob has over 25 years of experience in private equity real estate, asset management and development across the UK, the Nordics and Germany. He previously served as Head of Nordic Real Estate at Babcock & Brown, then a €50bn AUM listed private equity group, where he led approximately €1bn of Nordic acquisitions and co-managed more than €2bn of transactions across the UK and Europe. Earlier in his career he held roles at Credit Suisse First Boston in London and Merrill Lynch in New York. He co-founded Ailon Group and has led large-scale residential aggregation, refurbishment and development strategies with investments totalling approximately £800m including forecast GDV. He holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
