Jacob was previously Head of Nordic Real Estate at Babcock & Brown Group (the listed private equity group with at the time €50bn of AUM), where he led the group’s expansion and investment strategy in the Nordic countries and oversaw some €1bn of property investments. Jacob also co-managed property investments in the UK and other European markets, where he completed transactions in excess of €2bn. Other experience includes Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston (England), Director at UWI AG (the infrastructure group with headquarters in Switzerland) and analyst at Merrill Lynch (USA).
Jacob has 23 years of experience from real estate principal investment, asset management and development management, across European markets with focus on the UK, the Nordic region and Germany.
Jacob holds a MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Jacob is a Founding Director of Ailon Group and Grace Real Estate Partners.
