Grace Real Estate Partners (“Grace”) is an innovative real estate investment and asset management group specialised in value-add strategies. Grace is a fully integrated platform owning, managing and optimising residential properties in the UK.

The core management team has acquired and asset managed €11bn of assets with unrivalled value-add track-record from over 400 properties through a series of platform-specific partnerships, regional funds and separate accounts. Our investors comprise institutional investors and family offices. The core team has worked together on average for more than 15 years and has longstanding expertise in driving operational improvement, value enhancement and repositioning strategies through several real estate cycles.

We build scalable investment platforms based on thematic value-add driven investment strategies. Grace has a strong focus on delivering attractive risk adjusted returns and aligning our interests with those of our investment partners through significant co-investments.

How We Do It

Grace deploys a micro asset specific strategy and delivers dynamic, ESG-led AM strategies that are tailored to each investment. The strategy is focused on repositioning, targeted modernisation, energy transition and proptech lettings and property management solutions. We aim to be one the leading and most innovative residential investors in the UK.

We originate assets with the highest value creation potential. We leverage our strong market position and long-established relations with key participants in the UK real estate market where our core team has provided operating expertise to improve performance and drive value for over 20 years.

Longstanding real estate investment and asset management expertise has driven compelling performance track-record.

  • Grace Real Estate Partners was created through the combination of Ailon Group and Tamar Capital in 2022, bringing together a highly experienced management team with a long legacy of shared values and investment philosophy.
  • Our vertically integrated team manages the entire investment process from transaction origination, underwriting, acquisition and financing to optimisation, repositioning, construction management, leasing, marketing, sales and exit.
  • Grace’s senior management team consists of seasoned property and investment specialists with a broad set of skills from investment management, asset management, property development, private equity and finance. The founding partners have worked with discretionary investments, in multiple jurisdictions, with backgrounds from leading international real estate groups.

Environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors play a pivotal role in our core values and investment strategies. We strive to embed ESG best practices in our core business strategy and throughout our value chain from pre-investment analysis to asset management, risk management and operating activities.

Grace supports the reduction targets and aims stated in the Paris Agreement and is committed to aligning its group management strategies and continuously work to reduce its operational greenhouse gas emissions.

Sustainability criteria and relevant environmental, social and governance factors are integrated throughout the investment cycle to ensure long-term sustainable returns, in line with the UN PRI. The 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) specify global societal challenges that we must collectively solve and represent. Our sustainability work is focused on the SDGs, which are considered to be most relevant to our operations and on efforts that are judged to have the greatest potential to make a difference.

We are supportive of the UK Government’s Clean Growth Strategy, which aims to achieve net zero by 2050 and are firmly committed to reducing the carbon emissions associated with Grace’s business operations. Grace develops its ESG strategy together with its investment partners to ensure a bespoke policy is adopted which complies with the investment partners’ internal ESG objectives.
