Nizar has 27 years of experience across investment banking, private equity real estate, structured finance and cross-border transactions spanning North America, Europe and the Middle East. He has held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Bemco International and IDAL, with experience across principal investment, structured finance and advisory mandates. He co-founded Tamar Real Estate and has participated in international real estate ventures. In parallel with his investment career, he serves as Professor of Finance at Sorbonne Business School and has previously held professorships at Dauphine University and Harvard Business School. His expertise includes capital structuring and institutional partnerships.
