Andrew was previously Head of UK Real Estate at Babcock & Brown Group (the listed private equity group with at the time €50bn of AUM), where he led the group’s real estate investment strategy in the UK and oversaw some £3bn of property investments.
Andrew has 31 years of real estate experience across the UK and European real estate and corporate finance sectors. He has expert knowledge in managing and operating investment funds and operating asset backed companies.
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988 at Richard Ellis (now CBRE), where he was a Director. Andrew holds a Land Management Degree from University of West England.
Andrew is a Founding Director of Ailon Group and Grace Real Estate Partners.
