Andrew has 33 years of experience across UK and European private equity real estate, corporate finance and fund management. He was previously Head of UK Real Estate at Babcock & Brown, where he oversaw investments totalling approximately £3bn. He began his career at Richard Ellis, now CBRE, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and later became a Director. Andrew co-founded Ailon Group and has led residential aggregation and development strategies totalling approximately £800m including forecast GDV. His experience spans acquisition, asset management, refinancing and institutional exit execution. He holds a Land Management degree from the University of the West of England.
