Grace is led by a founding team who have worked together since 2011, bringing a shared operating history across the full investment lifecycle: origination, structuring, active repositioning, refurbishment, development management and institutional exit, with a consistent focus on operating-intensive residential platforms. The team averages 25 years of sector experience across private equity real estate, investment banking and asset management.
Collectively, the founding partners have experience across more than £5.7bn of real estate investments, including the build-out, scaling and institutional exit of large-scale residential platforms to leading global institutional investors.
The founding team’s institutional background spans Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Babcock & Brown, Credit Suisse First Boston and BNP Paribas. Grace is structured and governed to standards expected by global institutional capital.
