Founding Director, 29 years of real estate experience
James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1991 at Weatherall Green and Smith (now BNP Paribas). In 1997 he founded Lansdowne Stewart Real Estate Investment and Development, where he ran his firm and worked with his investment partners and clients to originate, develop, refurbish, lease and manage schemes in the residential and office sectors in the UK. His firm delivered schemes with a value of some £750 million as principal, investment adviser and development manager.
Over 32 years, James has gained an expert working knowledge in real estate development, planning, design and development and investment management in the UK and Northern Europe.
James holds a Hons degree in Geography from University College London (UCL).
James is a Founding Director of Ailon Group and Grace Real Estate Partners.
