Founding Partner
James has 31 years of experience in real estate development, investment management and advisory across the UK and Northern Europe. In 1997 he founded Lansdowne Stewart Real Estate Investment and Development, originating and delivering residential and office schemes with an aggregate value of approximately £750m. He has acted as principal, adviser and development manager across complex planning-led projects. James co-founded Ailon Group and has led residential value-add and development initiatives totalling approximately £800m including forecast GDV. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Weatherall Green and Smith, now BNP Paribas, and holds an Honours degree in Geography from University College London.
