Collectively, the founding partners have been responsible for over £5.7bn of real estate investments, including the successful build-out, scaling and exit of large-scale residential platforms to leading global institutional investors.
Drawing on senior experience at institutions including Lehman Brothers, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, Grace operates with institutional discipline, rigorous governance and risk management standards aligned with the expectations of global capital.
